Roof inspection
Any roof will age through the action of the natural elements of wind, rain, snow & hail combined with pollution in the atmosphere. De Boer provide a survey service to inspect the roofs as they age to accurately determine where the ageing process is quickest and making potential problems develop the soonest. We carry this out by inspection and laboratory analysis, DNA sampling that determines the existing bitumen flexibility and life expectancy.
We also provide an inspection service to our clients as the installation is taking place to ensure best practice is observed.

Training
In our training centre in Antwerp it smells of bitumen. This is where professionals can get to grips with the material, and learn the ropes from experienced roofers: like techniques for heat, cold adhesive and mechanical applications. International customers come here to breathe in the atmosphere. We want to put our products in the best possible conditions, so we don't make any concessions. We'll even train your roofers on site.
