Maintenance plan roofs type B

Roofs located in:

  • wooded areas
  • near the seaside

first inspection just after Winter
second inspection just after Autumn

Standard control, shortly after winter

  • Has the combination of frost and capillary humidity resulted in seams having risen ?
  • Do the roof details show deficiencies (think e.g. of vertical elevations, skylights and roof penetrations) ?
  • Are any other connections (such as flashings, profiles, pointing or cover layers) deficient ?
  • Is dirt obstructing drain pipes ?
  • Is dirt properly cleaned and disposed of at least once per year ?
  • Is the roof covering deficient in any way ?
  • Is the roof as such deficient in any way ?
  • Have third parties damaged the roof while working on it ?

additional inspection after Autumn

  • Have all leafs been cleared ?
  • Are any drain pipes obstructed ?
  • Are plants or moss growing on the roof ?
  • Has wind caused any damage ?
  • Can any other deficiencies resulting from adverse weather conditions be visually noticed ?

Once the inspection has been carried out, we will repair what needs to be repaired.
This work is covered by your maintenance contract. We charge an annual fee which applies to the ten-year guarantee period and possibly even after that period.
